These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital products from pluginerds.com, including The Music Producer’s Handbook (the “Product”). They are between you and Pluginerds (trading as Pluginerds Shop) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
The Product
The Product is a digital download delivered in electronic format (PDF). It is sold for your personal use. No physical item is shipped.
Payment and Delivery
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and payment is processed securely through our checkout provider, Shopify. Once your payment is confirmed, your download link is delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is normally instant; if it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Licence and Permitted Use
When you buy the Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal use. You may read it, print a copy for your own reference, and keep it on your personal devices.
Intellectual Property and Restrictions
The Product and all of its contents — text, diagrams, tables, and layout — are protected by copyright and remain our property. All rights are reserved. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute the Product or any part of it;
- copy, reproduce, or republish the Product, in whole or in part, in any medium;
- share, upload, or distribute the Product or your download link to others, publicly or privately;
- remove or alter any copyright, branding, or ownership notices contained within it.
The licence granted to you is personal. The purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property in the Product.

Nature of the Content
The Product is provided for educational and informational purposes. It reflects our independent views and experience. While we work hard to ensure it is accurate and useful, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or level of improvement from using it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Product. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
