This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by Pluginerds (trading as Pluginerds Shop) through pluginerds.com and our checkout provider, Shopify — including The Music Producer’s Handbook. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email hello@pluginerds.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number. We will confirm your refund and return the full amount to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
After 14 Days
Because our products are digital and are delivered in full immediately after purchase, sales are considered final once the 14-day guarantee period has passed. We are unable to offer refunds after this point, except where required by law.
Your Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days. However, this right is lost once download or access to the digital content begins, provided you have given your express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that your cancellation right is lost. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily, in addition to and without affecting any statutory rights you may have.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you were charged more than once for the same product, or made a purchase in error, contact us at hello@pluginerds.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Problems Accessing Your Download
If your download link does not arrive or does not work, please check your spam folder first, then email hello@pluginerds.com. A delivery problem is not a reason to lose access to a product you have paid for — we will always make sure you receive what you bought.
